What it is
Pairboard is an AI-powered task and productivity tool built around one idea: AI should manage your work, not just track it.
Most productivity tools are glorified lists. Todoist, Notion tasks, Apple Reminders — they store what you add and surface it when you ask. Pairboard is built differently. The AI understands context, organises tasks across projects, surfaces what matters today, and connects directly to the tools you already use — Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram — turning conversations and messages into actionable tasks automatically.

The hardest problem in AI productivity tools isn't the AI — it's the interface. Users don't want to learn a new system. They want something that fits into how they already work and makes it better. Pairboard had to feel instantly familiar while doing something fundamentally new.

A personalised onboarding flow that collects context — work style, company details, linked accounts — so the AI can organise tasks intelligently from day one without setup friction.
Marketing Website
A product marketing site designed to communicate the AI-first positioning clearly — built to convert visitors who are tired of conventional productivity tools into Pairboard users.

Familiar Structure, Smarter Core
The layout follows conventional productivity app conventions — sidebar, content area, search — so users feel at home immediately. The AI works beneath the surface, not on top of it.
Integrations as Input
Instead of manually adding tasks, users connect their existing communication tools. Pairboard reads the context and creates tasks automatically — turning every message into action without extra effort.
Personalisation Before Productivity
Onboarding collects user context first — role, company, working style — so the AI can prioritise intelligently from the first session. No cold start. No generic suggestions.
